Amazon Connector

Order Management integrates with the Amazon Marketplace as a sales channel. Data is exchanged between Order Management and Amazon via automated import and export jobs that run on user-defined schedules.

The Amazon Connector creates an interface between a merchant's Amazon Seller Central account and Order Management implementation to exchange sales order, inventory, pricing, shipping confirmation, and settlement data. It updates Items in Order Management with the items that are uploaded to the Amazon Seller Central.

Whenever a merchant changes inventory or pricing information, the Item price and Item inventory levels are sent from Order Management to Amazon (based on the Item attribute set value).

Note: For updated information to be sent to Amazon automatically, the AmazonItem Attribute must be set up in Order Management with the value of the Attribute set to “Yes” for Items to be sold via Amazon.

Important: Payment/ refund processing and returns for orders generated through the Amazon Connector are handled in Amazon through your Amazon Seller account.
