- Edits – Allows editing information on records, such as Customer,
Billing, or Shipping information
- List Actions – Allows ability to adjust or view information in
lists
- Navigation – Allows navigation on and progression to another page
or record
- Notifications – Provides additional information or event
status
- Searches – Allows searching of information, such as customer name,
calendar dates
- Tools – Perform actions associated with record work flow and
statuses
