Dashboards

Each module in Order Management offers a main dashboard that shows summary information and links to functional areas. They include the following:

Note: Order Management is localizable and can support multiple locales, global address formats, currencies, and time zones. See Localization.

Users can localize individual user profiles on the Home page in Customer Service Center, Fulfillment Center, or Retail Center. When setting the locale in the user profile, the time zone can also be selected. See User Profiles to change the locale and time zone.

On dashboards and queues, the total currency values are calculated by an exchange rate based on the currency selected in the Base Currency list in Settings > Preferences > General tab > Defaults in Administration module.
