The dashboard for the main Administration module includes an accordion menu on the left side of
the page and five functional summary areas.
Accordion Menu
The accordion menu provides access to all elements of the Administration module. Where
appropriate, some tools are accessible in more than one place in the menu. It's organized as
follows:
- Main: Provides access to a few of the most commonly used
tools.
- Home: Navigates to the dashboard.
- Inventory Manager: Manages Items and inventory.
- Orders Manager: Manages sales orders and payments; also
provides summary information about accounts receivable and
sales.
- Auction Manager: Manages auction sales.
- Inventory: Provides access to tools used to manage Items,
inventory, and related areas.
- Inventory Manager: Manages items and inventory.
- Vendor Manager: Manages vendors.
- PO Entry: Creates and manages purchase orders.
- PO Manager: Creates and manages purchase orders.
- Receiving: Receives purchase order inventory.
- Transfer: Moves inventory between sites.
- Image Manager: Resamples or deletes uploaded images and
link them to Items.
- Marketing: Provides access to tools used to manage auctions
and promotions.
- Auction Manager: Manages auction sales.
- Promotions: Creates and manages promotions.
- Sales: Provides access to tools used to manage sales orders
and auction sales.
- Website: Salesforce B2C Commerce has replaced this functionality.
- Auction Manager: Manages auction sales.
- Order Entry: Creates and manages sales orders.
- Orders Manager: Manages sales orders and payments; also
provides summary information about accounts receivable and
sales.
- Fulfillment: Provides access to tools used to manage shipping orders. This functionality
is a subset of the tools available in Fulfillment Center.
- Shipping Manager: Creates and manages shipping orders, including bulk actions on
multiple orders.
- Shipping Portal: Manages individual shipping orders.
- Accounting: Provides access to tools used to manage
payments, invoices, credit memos, and gift cards.
- Payment Manager: Manages payments and views payment
summary information.
- Invoice Manager: Manages Invoices and credit memos with
an Invoice-centric search, as well as views sales and accounts
receivable summary information.
- Credit Manager: Manages Invoices and credit memos with
a credit memo-centric search, as well as views sales and accounts
receivable summary information.
- Customers: Provides access to tools used to manage
customers and communications with them.
- Customer Manager: Creates and manages customers and
organizations (groups of customers).
- Activity Manager: Creates and manages customer
follow-up actions and communications.
- Email Manager: Searches for and views emails that were
previously sent to customers.
- Centers: Provides links to other Order Management
modules.
- Retail Center: Opens the Order Management Retail Center.
- Security: Supports role-based access to manage and provide the appropriate level of user access.
- Users: Creates and manages user accounts.
- Roles: Creates and manages the roles that control user account permissions.
- Settings: Provides access to tools for configuring and
managing Order Management.
- Preferences: Sets the preferences that control the
behavior of Order Management.
- Fulfillment Sites: Configures and manages Fulfillment
Site information, and also lets you view and edit included or
excluded hours or days at the site and company levels.
- Allocations: Configures site ranking rules and company-level fulfillment hours.
- Providers: Sets up and manages the providers that
control the behavior of Order Management and third-party
integrations.
- Objects: Creates and manages custom tags that can be
applied to various objects in Order Management.
- Categories: Creates and manages the hierarchy of item
categories.
- Attributes: Creates and manages object attributes and
attribute groups.
- Templates: Sets up and customizes the templates that
control the layout and content of various screens, documents, and
emails.
- Resources: Lets you manage localized resource labels and data for custom templates
used in customer-facing documents.
- Utilities: Provides access to the jobs system, import/
export tools, and batch order emails.
- Jobs: Creates and manages jobs and their
schedules.
- Quick Import: Easily imports item and/ or category
data.
- Quick Export: Easily exports database records.
- Batch Emails: Views and manages emails sent for order
batches.
- Customer Service: Provides access to customer service functionality. It is a subset of
the functionality available in Customer Service Center.
- Home: Views or voids out pending sales orders placed through Customer Service
Center.
- New Order: Creates a phone sales order.
- Find Orders: Searches for existing sales orders.
- Find Customer: Searches for existing customers.
- Find Return Order: Searches for existing return orders.
- Find Returns: Searches for existing returns.
- Find Quotes: Searches for existing quotes.
Order Summary
This section shows the number of sales orders and the total currency amounts in the following
states, with links to view the full lists. Some states only appear if a feature is enabled
in the system preferences (for example, Waiting Approval only appears if order approvals
have been enabled).
- Alerted
- Incomplete (unsubmitted)
- Waiting Authorization
- Waiting Approval
- Waiting Allocation
- Waiting Fulfillment
- Unreconciled
It also includes a link to create a sales order. Click the Summary title
to open Order Manager.
Payment Summary
This section shows the number
of payments and the total currency amounts in the following states, with
links to view the full lists.

Accounts Receivable Overview
This section

Item Summary
This section shows the number of
Items and the total currency amounts in the following states, with links
to view the full lists:
- Alerted
- Available
- Inventory

This section shows the number
of Auctions in the following states with links to view the full
lists:
- Prepared
