Items Waiting Filing Queue

(Only available if Item Filing is enabled in the Order Management System Preferences.) Items Waiting Filing require final recordkeeping before being closed.

Review Items and perform the tasks associated with Item Filing in your business workflow. Close the Items once filing tasks are completed.

Example:

Some paperwork related to a discontinued Item is misplaced. An Order Management user sees the Item in the Waiting Filing Queue for an extended period of time and investigates why it has not yet been filed. The paperwork is re-created and the user files the Item.
