Configuring Retail Center Provider Settings

Retail Center is mainly configured via the provider in the Administration module.

Note: Custom reason codes for Shipping Order rejections can be configured in pick lists.

To configure the Retail Center Provider settings in the Administration module, follow these steps:

  1. In Order Management Administration: click Settings > Providers.
  2. In Provider Manager, click Retail Center under the list of General Providers.
  3. Click the Company Level link under Retail Center provider profiles.

The Retail Center provider is only applicable to the Company level in the item inheritance hierarchy.

  4. If you created a custom profile, select it instead.
The Object Configuration window for the company level or profile opens.
  5. To add a setting to the visible form, select it from the list and click Add Individual Setting.
  6. In the Data column, specify a value for each setting.
  7. Click Update to save the changes, Cancel to close the window without saving and return to the Provider Manager page, or Clear Configuration to clear all settings in the window.
