Review Credit Memos and perform the tasks associated with Credit Memo Filing in your business workflow. Close the Credit Memos once filing tasks are completed.

Example

Some paperwork related to a Credit Memo is misplaced. An Order Management user sees the Credit Memo in the Waiting Filing Queue for an extended period of time and investigates why it has not yet been filed. The paperwork is re-created and the user files the Credit Memo.
