Alerted Orders Queue

Alerted Orders might require attention. Some examples include issues with payment authorizations or errors revealed during order import, such as invalid addresses.

Example:

A Sales Order is imported with the wrong state selected in the billing address. The system Alerts the Order and records a “Zip Code Mismatched” System Event on the record. An Order Management user sees this in the Alerted Orders Queue, then examines the Order and, if necessary, contacts the Customer to correct the address. When the proper address is verified and entered, the user clears the Alert and the Order continues to the approval step.
