To roll back the new integration system and return to the
legacy cartridge integration, do the following:
- Reenable the order export job in the Mainstreet cartridge in
Salesforce B2C Commerce.
- Have the Tech Ops team schedule the order import task in Order
Management.
- Reconfigure the integration settings in the Demandware provider in Order Management as follows:
- Disable the Integration Enabled setting.
- Configure the cartridge integration as described in the B2C Commerce Integration Setup and Configuration Topic. The
configuration includes, but isn't limited to, the following settings:
- Order Sync
- Order Sync To
- Tenant DNS
- Account Manager DNS
- System Enabled
- System Connection String
- System Connection String (Stage)
- System Directory Map
- Encryption Key
