Configuring User Profiles

You can localize the locale and time zone for individual Order Management user profiles in Customer Service Center, Fulfillment Center, and Retail Center.

Note: You can also configure the locale and time zone in the Administration module when creating a user security account.

  1. In Order Management Administration, Customer Service Center, Fulfillment Center, or Retail Center, click Home.
  2. Click Profile.
  3. On the Edit Profile page, in the User Details section, enter the user's first name, last name, and email address.
  4. Select the locale, such as French - France from the Locale list.
  5. Select the time zone from the Time Zone list.
    The time zone should correspond to the locale selected.
  6. Click Update.
    The user profile retains the locale and time zone settings on subsequent logins to Order Management.
