The Edit Order Shipping Address page contains all the relevant
shipping information for the Items in an order. An order might have any
number of shipping addresses. If Items are shipped to different addresses,
Shipping groups are created with specified shipping methods for each group
of Items. You can edit the tax rate and whether shipping or handling are
taxable. If any of these values are changed, Order Management recalculates
the total tax based on the updated values.
Note:
Address
Format is based on country-specific rules for the included fields
and their order of presentation. The address fields that appear on
this dialog are based on the country selected from the Country
drop-down list.
To access the Edit Orders Shipping Address page, follow these steps:
- In the Main accordion menu, select Orders Manager.
- Browse or search for an order as described in Searching for Sales Orders in the Administration Module.
- Select an order by clicking its ID. The Order details page opens.
- In the Items section, click the Edit icon (
) below the shipping
address or shipping group (if Items are split into more than one
shipping address) to show and edit the shipping address fields. The
Edit Order Shipping Address page opens.
The following table describes the fields, and buttons of the Edit Order Shipping Address page.

| Country drop-down | A drop-down list of countries. The address format is based on the country selected from the Country drop-down list. |
| Attention | A contact name to identify with the shipping address. |
| Company | A company name. |
| Shipping Address (multiple lines) | Based on the country selected, the shipping address fields. |
| Phone | The phone number. |
| The email address | |
| Shipping Method drop-down | The shipping method. For example, Fedex, UPS. |
| Tax Rate | A tax percentage as a decimal (for example, 17.5% would be 0.175. If a third-party tax rate table, then this field can be left blank. The tax rate might need to change when the address of the shipping address requires further change to the tax rate. |
| Tax Shipping checkbox | A checkbox that when selected indicates that the shipping cost is taxable. |
| Tax Handling checkbox | A checkbox that when selected indicates that the
handling cost is taxable. Note: If the tax rate or the status
of taxing the shipping or handling costs are changed, Order
Management recalculates the total tax based on the updated
values.
