Order Management provides global address support for customer billing, payment, and shipping addresses for multiple countries. When adding an address for a new customer, adding or changing a billing, payment, or shipping address on a order or invoice, or sending a catalog to a customer, you can select a country so the address format for that country appears. This table shows the available formats:

The Customer Service Representative (CSR) who receives the call is in France and is using Customer Service Center in French. The CSR must change the shipping address on the Order Detail page in Customer Service Center using an address format for the German locale. |

The retail associate must change the shipping address in Retail Center using the address format for the German locale. |
