Retrieve Customer Data Snapshots

You can retrieve customer data snapshots.

1. Select Merchant Tools > Customers > Snapshots.
2. Click the History tab to view a list of existing snapshots.
3. To access a snapshot's files, click Open Snapshot Directory next to the snapshot. You must have WebDAV credentials to access the directory.
   Note: If the snapshot is still being generated, the export.json file contains information on the current status of its processes.
   Note: If, once the snapshot is complete, a file is empty, or is not present, then no relevant data of that type was found.
