Some versions of Internet Explorer have known issues with the reporting system, as described below.
When using Internet Explorer 9, if you have an issue trying to open a report with Report Builder 3.0, put your browser in compatibility mode, then try to open Report Builder again.
When using Internet Explorer 11, if you open a report and see empty rows, open the Settings menu
and select Compatibility View Settings. Enter
demandware.net
in the text field and click
Add, then Close.
