A Shipping Order is temporarily suspended due to a lack of manpower at the warehouse where it's to be fulfilled. New Orders come in to the warehouse and it's lost in the shuffle. An Order Management user sees that it has been in the Waiting Assignment Queue for an extended period of time and contacts the warehouse to determine why it has not yet been assigned to a resource.
