A Shipping Order is Waiting Pick/ Pack for an extended period of time. Because it isn't closed, the associated Sales Order remains in the Waiting Fulfillment Queue. An Order Management user notes that the Sales Order has been Waiting Fulfillment for a much longer time than is usual and contacts the personnel responsible for the Shipping Order to determine the reason for the delay. Site personnel can then address the issue and fulfill the Order.
