A Shipping Order is Waiting Pick/ Pack for an extended period of time. Because it isn't closed, the associated Invoice remains in the Waiting Fulfillment Queue. An Order Management user notes that the Invoice has been Waiting Fulfillment for longer than normal and determines that the open Shipping Order is the cause. The user then contacts the personnel responsible for the Shipping Order to determine the reason for the delay.
