An order is imported from Salesforce B2C Commerce with no shipping method specified. The system alerts the Shipping Order and records a “No Shipping Method Found” System Event on the record. You see the order in the Alerted Shipping Orders Queue and contact the customer to determine the correct shipping method to apply. You then clear the alert and the shipping order proceeds to the Approval step.
