Mapping Order Management Item Properties and Attributes to EBay Item Specifics

Item Specifics are custom fields that can be set on eBay listings. You can map them to various Item fields and/ or Attributes in Order Management so they are set automatically when Items are exported from Order Management to eBay.

An Item Specific can be mapped at the Category or Item level in Order Management. If an Item Specific is mapped to a Subcategory or Item, then it will override any Item Specific that is mapped to a parent Category.
